Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Destination Experiences Manager to oversee the planning and execution of Destination Experiences, ensuring exceptional guest expectations and contributing to revenue growth through proactive cost control and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
\

1. Drive the Destinations Team to deliver high standards of service for bookings and disembarkation arrangements
\
2. Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed financial targets set by the company
\
3. Monitor and manage sales to maximize revenue and profitability
\
4. Generate accurate reporting of ports, Destination Experiences, and disembarkation execution
\
5. Analyze Guests' feedback to identify areas for improvement and share with shoreside teams
\
6. Provide Guests and Hosts with ports and destinations information through meetings and presentations
\
7. Collaborate with corporate office to enhance overall quality of services and Guest satisfaction
\
8. Manage, train, and develop the Destination Experiences Team
\
9. Participate in onboard social events with Guests
\
10. Ensure implementation of Standard Procedure Manual for Destination Experiences and disembarkation arrangements
\
11. Foster a positive work environment and demonstrate excellent leadership qualities
\
\
Requirements:
\
\
12. Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury Hospitality and/or luxury Cruise lines
\
13. Previous experience in Start Ups/Pre-openings is an advantage
\
14. Current knowledge of history, culture, geography, and excursions operations of ports of call
\
15. Proficient in English; additional European languages considered an advantage
\
16. Experience in complaints management and selling techniques
\
17. Excellent communication and team management skills
\
18. Valid passport and seaman book
