Our client is a young and innovative Swiss company that offers services related to the fleet and automotive industry. We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for developing new business and then growing a sales team for the whole of Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
* Devise and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to secure new fleet owner clientele and penetrate market segments.
* Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy aimed at acquiring new fleet owner clients and expanding into key market segments.
* Lead the customization and deployment of a CRM system tailored to support strategic sales initiatives.
* Define and monitor key sales performance metrics, refining approaches to achieve and surpass objectives.
* Implement and coordinate inbound and outbound sales processes.
* Build and lead the inaugural sales team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Generate warm and cold calls to potential new clients to drive business growth.
* Follow KPIs to develop a structured and effective sales approach.
* Participate in industry events to network and enhance business development opportunities.
Qualifications:
* A university degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a preference for backgrounds in automotive fleet, technology, and/or SaaS environments. Fleet management experience is a strong plus.
* Proficiency with prevalent CRM platforms.
* Fluency in German and English is mandatory; proficiency in French and Italian is highly advantageous.
* Strong sales attitude in developing new business and acquiring new clients.
* Interest in working in a fast-paced environment for a company with high growth potential.
