SAP Success Factors Consultant
Location: Switzerland
Role: 100% permanent
A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced SAP SF Consultant to join their internal IT team in the SAP Competence Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and design HR processes within a modern S/4 HANA system landscape, focusing on SAP Success Factors.
Implement and operate new modules, while providing support for existing ones.
Handle support requests, change requests, and incidents from the key user community.
Collaborate with specialist departments and IT colleagues to continuously improve solutions.
Participate in exciting projects from conception to implementation, including functional and system integration tests.
Ensure documentation and compliance with best practices.
Qualifications:
Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, business administration, or career changers with experience in Success Factors.
Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law.
Practical experience in the Employee Central module.
Experience in other Success Factors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Performance & Goals) is an advantage.
Discretion, reliability, and a high degree of responsibility.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Fluency in German and English is a must.
Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
