9. Carrying out customer onboarding activities
10. Maintaining customer relationships, including visits to trade fairs and events that are beneficial to business relationships
11. Creating high-quality communication records in the CRM system Communication Manager
12. Processing / creation of incoming and outgoing sales leads
13. You know the market and the competition and keep up to date with the latest developments
14. Implementation of suitable payment terms (credit control)
