Job Title: Global Category Manager - Pharma

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies for various categories, leading cross-functional project teams to create added value within the categories, analyzing complex financial data using TCO, TEI, NPV, and cost modeling, managing procurement processes and contract management.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing procurement strategies for various categories
* Leading cross-functional project teams to create added value within the categories
* Analyzing complex financial data using Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Total Economic Impact (TEI), Net Present Value (NPV), and cost modeling
* Managing procurement processes and contract management
* Adapting to an ever-changing, complex environment and contributing to process improvement
Your Qualifications:
* At least 7 years of strategic and operational procurement experience with a strong understanding of category management
* At least 7 years of overall business experience, including working within a regulated industry
* Strong sub-category expertise and a proven track record in sourcing
* Ability to lead cross-functional project teams to generate material value across multiple categories
* Direct experience in managing category management projects and developing sourcing strategies
* Proven financial and business acumen, including TCO, TEI, NPV, and cost modeling, as well as exceptional communication and project management skills
* Ability to communicate effectively is crucial for working in cross-functional project teams and for success in negotiations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management
* Willingness and ability to adapt to an ever-changing and complex environment and contribute to process improvement demonstrate adaptability
