Store Design Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Design Project Leader to join our International Visual Merchandising Department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and coordinating the implementation of our boutiques and shop-in-shops worldwide. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects with real impact and a collaborative approach.
The successful candidate will have a background in design or interior architecture, knowledge of retail environment, shopfitting, construction, and materials. They will possess excellent interpersonal and project management skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design Tissot boutiques, shop-in-shops, kiosks, and pop-up stores following the brand's design & technical guidelines.
* Create full sets of technical drawings and 3D renders, as well as manage project development from external agencies.
* Provide creative and technical support to local teams and professionals on Tissot retail concepts.
* Promote innovative solutions to improve standard furniture menu with the latest trends, materials, lighting, and digital technologies.
* Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and dedicated project managers as well as Retailer's technical department to ensure designs are approved by all parties involved within set time schedules and budgets.
* Liaise with contractors, internal, and external teams to control and approve construction drawings and materials, pilot projects to ensure successful and well-executed installations, on time and on budget.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Proficient computer skills in 3D modeling & rendering (Rhinoceros 3D, VRay), technical drawings (Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCAD or other), Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator & InDesign are a plus), Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
Languages:
French and English - excellent oral and written knowledge.
