We are seeking a highly motivated Security GTM Regional Lead to drive strategic leadership and high-impact go-to-market performance.
This role is pivotal in ensuring best-in-class revenue growth for Microsoft's Security Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Provide business leadership for the Microsoft Security Business, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with internal goals.
* Sales Enablement: Activate the seller community, engage in targeted marketing activities, and drive sales to achieve revenue targets.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to drive business impact and operational efficiency.
* Market Insights: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive teams, partners, and key stakeholders.
Your Profile:
* Experience: Extensive experience in marketing strategy, business planning, or related fields, with a strong background in cybersecurity products and services.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and models, such as Zero Trust.
* Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
* Certifications: Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or related fields are a plus.
