Responsibilities:
* You are responsible for the enterprise architecture for the Finance, HR and Supply Chain units (SAP and non-SAP services) and create the technology and architectural vision to support the business & IT strategy.
* You safeguard the Group perspective and interests (efficiency, standardization, etc.) across all clusters with your Lead Architect Peers, focus areas and layers in all architectural disciplines.
* You manage current architecture topics by addressing them in the business clusters, focus areas and architectural layers.
* You drive forward and implement the further development and maintenance of SAP Enterprise Architecture Management for the Swiss Post Group (governance, standardization, architectural guidelines and principles).
* You are fascinated by new technologies, and you are responsible for their integration into the business units, taking into account their potential and impact.
* In this hub role, you drive innovative developments as a visionary expert and provide impetus for the clusters.
* Your involvement in projects and the creation of overarching strategic concepts round off your multifaceted activities.
Requirements:
* You have a university degree (university, university of applied sciences, higher technical school or similar) in informatics/technology, business informatics, mathematics or a similar field and further training in TOGAF.
* You are able to rely on your many years' experience as an SAP Enterprise Architect in a corporate environment and your deep and broad understanding of SAP IT technologies (SAP S/4, SAP BTP, SAP CPI/PO, SAP SaaS, etc.) and architectures on a daily basis.
* You have experience in the interface between technology and business and can communicate clearly and appropriately at all levels.
* You enjoy working in matrix organizations and have relevant management experience.
* You have the right balance of entrepreneurial spirit, coaching skills and networking talent and embody our new IT culture: pragmatic and collaborative for our units.
* Your strengths include a pronounced focus on service and consulting, a strong drive and an eye for the big picture.
* You communicate well in various languages – and have good knowledge of English and German to round off your profile. Knowledge of a second national language is an advantage.
