* BUILD, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
* Manage resource allocation and team structure across hardware projects.
* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development.
* Recruit and retain top engineering talent.
Project & Business Management
* Manage hardware development budgets and resource allocation.
* Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements and specifications.
* Ensure timely delivery of hardware solutions meeting quality standards.
* Interface with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
* Contribute to business strategy and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
* Masters degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in hardware development.
* Proven track record of leading complex hardware development projects.
* Strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems.
* Experience with automation equipment and precision engineering.
* Excellence in team leadership and personnel development.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements (CE, UL, etc.).
* Experience with international teams and customers.
* Additional language skills, particularly German.
