Tasks
* Provide on-site technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
* Collaborate with team members and service partners to diagnose complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
* Document and track all support requests and resolutions in the company's ticketing system, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
* Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, including global rollouts and technology upgrades, to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience in deskside support or helpdesk environments, preferably within the technology industry.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with diverse teams.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism in all tasks.
