Job Description
We are seeking an expert in Agile methodologies and principles, with a strong understanding of the SAFe framework and its core principles. The ideal candidate will have a Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless operation of our Agile Release Train (ART), delivering results in line with our 2-year strategic roadmap.
* Support Agile practices across seven agile teams, facilitating alignment, ceremonies, and dependency management.
* Manage backlogs by working with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to set up and maintain work breakdown structures, including dependencies that make logical and practical sense from an engineering and delivery perspective.
* Develop program plans by projecting backlogs to short, mid, and long-term timelines, making them traceable and reportable at different aggregation levels.
* Maintain Quality Assurance with all teams for completeness, consistency, and up-to-dateness of plans.
* Improve ART templates and develop best practice reporting formats for ART delivery.
* Ensure the ART complies with the portfolio and project framework of the Roche Global Customer Support organization.
* Promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration within the team.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and principles.
* Strong understanding of the SAFe framework and its core principles.
* Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
* Proven experience in a Scrum Master role within a SAFe implementation in an international environment.
* Mastery of Jira-based backlog management and planning tools/plugins.
* Proven ability to guide and coach multiple Agile teams.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
