About The Job
Your responsibilities include:
1. Support the team with ensuring that global assets and content for end consumer is being created on time and according to strategic and creative vision following through pre-production, production and post-production (on-set/location production as well as digital production).
2. Continuously interface with and receive strategic input from Brand Management counterpart to ensure process is optimal.
3. Support content strategies to ensure that from multiple and complex sources of requirement across global content is delivered as needed.
4. Manage the allocation and flow of work between creative teams globally both internally and externally and brief this into relevant support.
5. Ensure that visual Identity standards are adhered to and created as required and applied into creative world.
6. Collaborate with the team to develop the content for global needs ensuring it is on brand.
7. Manage and develop deliverables with external partners, freelance pool of talent and also internal resources.
8. Work closely with mid and senior stakeholders in Brand to receive global seasonal briefings for delivery of global campaign toolboxes from the creative studio.
9. Oversee budget and flag to manager's attention if there are changes to the allocated budget to the project.
About You
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following qualifications and experience:
1. University degree in Marketing, Communication or Creative studies.
2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting, preferably within the Luxury Retail sector.
3. High sensitivity to creativity and artistic taste.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders from various departments, at all levels of organizational hierarchy.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
6. Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude.
7. Proficiency in English (presentation and communication skills).
