The role
* You will take on an exciting challenge in handling existing customer accounts within the field of software licensing and IT services, aiming to establish long-term partnerships.
* Your main focus will be the sales of high-quality, complex cloud and technology solutions, along with related services.
* You will build a network, identify potential projects, and lead targeted campaigns accordingly.
* Proactively engaging in up-selling and cross-selling, you will monitor the market and plan strategic sales activities.
* Throughout the entire customer journey, you will ensure a seamless experience, supported by related teams such as Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Consulting, etc.
* You will maintain close relationships with key software vendors, particularly those highly relevant to your clients.
* Analyzing sales metrics, you will develop growth strategies and define necessary actions.
What we need to see from you
* You have several years of professional experience in software and IT services sales, ideally including expertise in Microsoft licensing.
* You have extensive experience in handling existing customer accounts.
* Shown success in building long-term customer relationships and a strong commitment to quality in collaboration set you apart.
* A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel are required.
* You resonate with our company values and are motivated to grow within our organization.
* Strong communication skills and a high level of reliability and service orientation are key traits we’re looking for.
* Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
