* You will develop the business in the Benelux region under the supervision of the Head of Sales Europe.
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and identifying upselling opportunities through a technology-driven approach.
* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities by presenting tailored technical solutions to prospective clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions and meet client needs.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
* Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and results to meet targets.
Your Profile:
* You have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales with technical products or solutions, preferably in industries like machinery and plant construction, drive technologies, or capital goods.
* You can build a strong technical understanding of the products and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
* You succeed thanks to commitment, proactiveness, solution-orientation, and tenacity.
* Analytical, structured, and methodical, you effectively tackle challenges.
* Assertive and influential, you communicate clearly and confidently.
* Independent and self-reliant, you balance autonomy with teamwork.
* You are fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in French or German is an asset.
