Main Responsibilities
* Anticipate and Exceed Guest Expectations: Deliver strong customer service by understanding and meeting the needs of our guests from around the world.
* Culinary Excellence: Prepare, set up, and serve all meals, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening meals, with confidence and flair.
* In-Chalet Concierge: Provide pre-arrival communication, knowledge of resort and mountain offerings, and booking concierge activities to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.
* Social Host: Create a warm and welcoming ambience in the chalet, engaging with guests and making them feel at home.
* Daily Housekeeping: Perform daily cleaning, change linens, and report any maintenance issues to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Preseason, Midseason, and End-of-Season Deep Cleaning: Conduct thorough property deep cleaning, inventories, and maintenance reports to maintain the exceptional standards of the Armadillo resort.
* Catering and Stock Management: Safely handle cash and credit transactions, accurately upload receipts, and manage stock levels to meet the demands of our discerning guests.
* Health and Hygiene: Ensure the highest health and hygiene standards are met at all times, adhering to strict guidelines and protocols.
* Guest Feedback and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and react to guest feedback, providing accurate and timely reporting on guest preferences, damage deposits, and billable activities.
* Teamwork and Adaptability: Demonstrate a positive image of Ski Armadillo, wearing uniform or chef whites as specified in the team guidebook, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
Must Have:
* EU Passport or Valid Work/Residency Permit: Hold a valid EU passport or work/residency permit for the country of work.
* Luxury Service Experience: Possess at least 2 years of luxury service experience in a ski chalet, Michelin restaurant, or super yacht environment.
* Ski Resort Knowledge: Have knowledge of ski resorts and seasonal life.
* Language Skills: Be fluent in English.
* Availability: Be available for the full winter season, November to April.
