Mission
The Store Manager is responsible for leading the store to achieve FENDI values and guidelines. They must ensure all performance, process, and team management standards are met.
The Store Manager will drive business development and target achievement by building a loyal client base through promoting FENDI's history, craftsmanship, quality, and creativity.
Main Responsibilities
1. Monitor and achieve store performance using relevant KPIs.
2. Assist in the sales process.
3. Conduct daily briefings and animate the briefing with a 'Team Board.'
4. Analyze the business, propose, and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales across product categories while promoting cross-selling.
5. Demonstrate sales leadership for staff and set performance targets for the team and individuals using relevant KPIs.
6. Stay informed about local trading environments and their impact on sales, including competitors' activities.
7. Manage and supervise the team in executing company operating and stock procedures correctly.
8. Ensure customer service quality meets clients' expectations by providing excellent customer service standards.
9. Develop loyal FENDI clients and implement CRM tools and clienteling actions, including in-store events.
10. Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clients.
11. Improve Mystery Shopper Results with action plans.
12. Manage sales forces to achieve sales goals effectively and assign day-to-day tasks clearly.
13. Motivate employees to maximize teamwork, promote team spirit, and maintain harmonious staff relations.
14. Enhance individual performance through regular discussions, daily coaching, and work with HR to recruit qualified applicants.
15. Supervise store personnel, enforce Company policies, and adhere to proper procedures regarding disciplinary actions.
16. Ensure adequate staffing rosters to provide suitable store coverage.
17. Establish In-Store training routines.
18. Conduct Induction Training for new joiners and mentoring exercises.
19. Identify individual and team training needs to develop talents and communicate these needs to the HR Department.
20. Manage day-to-day operations and administration.
21. Review and submit sales and operational reports to management according to company KPIs and policies.
22. Inform management of decisions and procedures made at the store level and any staff issues.
23. Take necessary actions to control costs and ensure efficient store operations.
24. Ensure FENDI standards are applied and maintained across customer service, internal control, and back-office activities (stocks, administration, etc.).
25. Ensure Visual Merchandising aligns with Company standards and display is always optimal, aligned with sales performance.
Profile
1. More than 10 years of experience in a managerial role.
2. Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
3. High-level image standards.
4. Strong selling and communication skills.

7. Leadership, confidence, organization, professionalism.
8. Strong customer service skills.
9. Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge.
