Key Responsibilities
1. Negotiate and implement purchasing targets for quality, quantity, delivery dates, and prices independently
2. Identify relevant suppliers and propose alternatives
3. Process inquiries and orders, maintain master data, and optimize workflows administratively
4. Ensure compliance with technical requirements
5. Discover potential savings in material procurement and suggest them
6. Support the development team in finding suppliers for prototypes and new products
7. Collaborate closely with production and quality assurance teams
8. Plan and conduct supplier audits
Your Profile
1. Hold a technical degree in electronic or mechatronic engineering
2. Pursue further training in purchasing or supply chain management
3. Prior experience in strategic purchasing is advantageous
4. Familiarity with ISO 13485 and GMP regulations
5. In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
6. Excellent proficiency in German and English
