The SupplyChain and Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the orderscollection & creation, the delivery note creation, theforecasts collection and analyses for the 3rd parties' customersfrom Global Sales organization covered by Global Customer ServiceLogistics teams (UCB Farchim SA, UCB Pharma SA, UCB PharmaGmbH).
As a specialist, he / shetakes over additional responsibilities for the externalcollaboration with key customers and on different projects. He /She also leads projects within the supply chain to optimizeprocesses and improve business. He / She is the reference personfor different topics and to train team members.
Key responsibilities:
CustomerCoordination & RelationshipManagement
* Act as the single point ofcontact for customers regarding supply chainactivities.
* Lead monthly customer meetings andfoster strong, proactive relationships to address needs and resolveissues.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to driveimprovements in supply chain processes for keyaccounts.
Order & SupplyManagement
* Manage end-to-end orderprocessing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractualterms.
* Monitor sales orders, shipments, andstock levels to prevent supplydisruptions.
* Coordinate with internal teams(Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics) to ensure timelydeliveries.
Forecasting & DemandPlanning
* Collect and analyze customerforecasts to align short-term and long-term supplyneeds.
* Ensure forecast accuracy by integratingmarket trends and historicaldata.
Documentation &Compliance
* Prepare and verify shippingdocumentation in line with country-specificregulations.
* Participate in product launchesand oversee related supply chainrequirements.
Qualifikationen
What will make yousuccessful:
* Excellent command ofEnglish and French, both written andspoken.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel andexperience with ERP systems; SAP is a strongadvantage.
* Experience in planning tools desiredlike JDA, BlueYonder, OMD, etc.
* Senior-levelexperience in customer service within an internationalorganization.
* Solid functional knowledge ofSupply Chain processes.
* Strong projectmanagement skills with the ability to prioritize effectively andmanage complex tasks.
* Exceptional analyticalmindset, attention to detail, and excellent organizationalcapabilities.
* Outstanding communication skills,customer-focused, and a proven ability to build strongrelationships.
* Highly stress-resistant,flexible, independent, and thrives in a collaborative teamenvironment.
