Key Responsibilities:
* Accountable for assigned team's performance to secure high-performing daily operations connected to Service Execution.
* Ensure efficient staging and preparation for last mile and loading operations.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment throughout the unit.
* Lead talent identification, recruitment, retention, and development within the Service Execution team.
