Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist to lead the implementation of an in-house Strategic Workforce Planning tool, working closely with the HR and technology teams.
About the Project
* Duration: Until December 2025, with potential for internalization
* Contract type: Temp-to-perm
* Pensum: 100%, 41.25 hours/week
Your Team
The Strategic Workforce Planning team consists of four consultants led by a Director, who also oversees a team of 12 People Analytics experts across Switzerland, UK, India, and USA.
Your Mission
* Design, develop, and implement an in-house Strategic Workforce Planning tool
* Develop a repeatable, scalable Strategic Workforce Planning blueprint/framework
* Manage the HR/business side development of the in-house SWP tool
* Define business requirements for the SWP tool development
* Collaborate with technology colleagues on development iterations
* Establish communication material for training and awareness
* Plan and deliver testing of the developed SWP tool
* Implement the SWP tool, including change management and training
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Workforce Planning
* Proven experience leading SWP initiatives in large, global organizations (Financial Services/Insurance is an advantage)
* Experience managing technology projects on the business/HR side
* Collaborating with technology teams on workforce planning
* Change Management & Communication skills
* Hands-on mentality with minimal supervision
