This role will be based in Zurich, where we are establishing and building scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients' and agencies' challenges through scalable, best-in-class campaign services.
Client Solution Managers have a holistic understanding of TikTok's ad products and are humble, dynamic, and open for change. You will work closely with the Brand and Agency Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients.
SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION REQUIRES A FOCUS ON CLIENT SERVICE, THE ABILITY TO THRIVE IN A DYNAMIC WORK ENVIRONMENT, AND THE ABILITY TO PROVIDE CUSTOM SOLUTIONS FOR ADVERTISERS LEVERAGING OUR UNIQUE AD PRODUCT SUITE.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech.
2. Deep understanding of digital landscape and a passion for social media.
3. Detail-oriented, with exceptional organisational skills.
4. Previous experience working across multi-markets preferred.
5. Excellent verbal and written English & German communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Proven work experience in the advertising industry. Strong knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
2. Knowledge of additional languages (Italian, French) would be useful for liaising with clients.
3. Innovative Spirit: Self-starter and fast learner with a startup spirit, ready to contribute to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
4. Experience with clients in the Swiss marketplace.
5. Background/experiences in performance campaigns.
6. Proven success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
7. App Monetisation Experience: Experience with app monetization is a significant plus.
8. Adaptability: Demonstrated potential to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
