Logmind is an innovative and dynamic start-up company based in Lausanne, Switzerland. The company develops a cloud-based log data analysis platform that automatically detects problems from the organization's application and infrastructure log data, and helps IT teams from large organizations to proactively identify and solve technical problems from their complex IT environment.
Logmind team has set itself a goal to bring their innovative technology and a new, more effective way of working to the heart of enterprise IT by transforming the currently tedious and manual work into a simple and fully automated process.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, great team player but also an autonomous person with drive and passion, who has prior experience in marketing and enterprise sales. In this mixed role, you will help drive sales growth by creating quality marketing content and promoting it through multichannel marketing campaigns. In addition to that, you will also take care of some pre-sales and customer success activities.
Your responsibilities will be:
Marketing
1. Produce well-researched content and publish it as blogs, white papers, case studies and PR content
2. Adapt content according to the audience and geographic markets, manage localization
3. Imagine and manage impactful multichannel marketing campaigns (email, Linkedin) to support sales growth
4. Propose new tools and search for an acceptable level of automation in order to save time
5. Search for industry events that are relevant and organize the participation to them
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and centralize knowledge about it.
Pre-Sales
7. Search and qualify leads
8. Update, maintain the CRM clean and keep track of the commercial activity (reporting)
9. Book demo/calls to demonstrate the solution and better understand prospect’s needs.
Customer success
10. Taking care of existing customers by nurturing the relationship and making sure they reach their objectives while using the solution
11. Collect clients’ feedback to improve the solution and share it with the rest of the team.
Your qualification & competencies:
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, (Swiss) German and/or French
13. Excellent understanding of B2B marketing and experience in content creation
14. Technical knowledge and interest in big data and enterprise IT tools
15. Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth
16. Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree in business administration, science, or a related field.

We offer full-time positions based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Thus, you have to be eligible to work and live in Switzerland.
