Leveraging our parent company MSC Group's hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers.
An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and experienced Trade Marketing Professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys and to support the execution of all plans for Global Sales, preferred B2B partners and trade media partners globally. This role is based in the office out of our Headquarters in Geneva.
Responsibilities:
* Support Global Trade Marketing & in-Market Commercial teams across the globe, as they develop and execute their plans.
* Manage the creation and execution of B2B trade focused collateral and marketing/sales tools.
* Support Global Sales by developing and providing trade communication assets, and asset management.
* Manage the B2B platform, Explora Travel Advisor Centre.
Minimum Requirements:
* 3-5 years experience in marketing in the hospitality/travel industry, preferably with luxury experience.
* General knowledge of marketing principles and supporting Sales.
* Excellent organization, planning, and execution skills.
* Can manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
* Flexibility in taking on new responsibilities & willing to learn.
* Brand custodian ensuring all assets are created “on brand”.
* Team player with strong collaboration skills, able to listen, efficient, creative, personable, and able to develop strong relationships and communicate across teams.
* Thinks creatively, demonstrates initiative.
* Proven track record and can demonstrate success in marketing and trade-facing partner & media communications.
Right to work in Switzerland is required.
