We are now looking for a passionate Italian Head Chef to lead our talented kitchen team and help us continue to deliver excellence.
Your Role
As Head Chef, you will play a key role in shaping the kitchen's success by:
* Leading and managing a team of 5-7 chefs.
* Ensuring smooth kitchen operations and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
* Monitoring key metrics like food and labor costs to maintain profitability.
* Managing orders and inventory efficiently.
* Contributing creatively to new menu ideas and modern Italian à la carte dishes.
* Overseeing mise en place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
* Collaborating with the restaurant management to continuously evolve our culinary offerings.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with:
* A deep love and passion for Italian cuisine, with a flair for modern interpretations.
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar role, preferably in Italian cuisine.
* Strong knowledge of food cost management, inventory control, and team leadership.
* A meticulous approach to quality, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
* Flexibility, motivation, and the ability to go the extra mile when needed.
* Availability to work on weekends and during peak service times.
* Creativity in working with premium, fresh ingredients.
* Native Italian background is required to authentically represent our Italian culinary philosophy.
