Scope of Role
In this responsible and challenging management position, you will be in charge of maximizing room revenue at the Hilton Zurich Airport. You will report directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure optimal room occupancy at the best market-appropriate rates and proper rate positioning in each segment.
Develop pricing strategy and ensure correct implementation of sales strategies.
Ensure optimal and maximum market positioning while considering corporate strategies.
Take charge of modern and effective channel and inventory management.
Develop annual business plans/budgets, monthly business reviews, and weekly forecasts, including their professional presentation.
Prepare quotations for the MICE sector and work closely with the Sales Department.
Create diverse, meaningful analyses and derive/implement targeted actions to increase revenue and market share.
Responsible for contract agreements with wholesalers, leisure groups, and FITs, as well as monitoring bookings.
Your Profile
Successfully completed education and training in the hotel industry or a comparable degree.
Solid professional experience in revenue management within international hospitality, ideally in an airport hotel.
Strong user knowledge of PMS, inventory and revenue management systems, as well as OTAs and GDS.
Above-average proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Fluent in written and spoken business English.
Excellent analytical skills.
