This role will focus on:
You will expand the client base as well as increase sales to existing clients within your defined territory through proactive, creative, and effective sales and marketing activities.
You will be selling a growing product portfolio made of pumps, valves, connectors, and tube technologies successfully used in the Pharmaceutical and Biopharm Industries.
You will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements to select, cost, and quote a suitable solution.
Acting as a true consultant who sells solutions rather than products, you will provide customers with premium support to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Who you’ll be working with:
You will be working within the Swiss organization based in Zürich, closely with peers in other territories, as well as internal sales supporting your daily business, and many internal stakeholders (factories, EMEA, and global Key Accounts Managers).
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Ideally, with an Engineering degree, you have acquired solid technical experience either through a University degree/diploma or through working experience in a similar position.
You have successfully worked within the field of sales for at least 3 years and are well versed in the field of flow components, with a strong affinity for the Biopharm Industry.
With goal orientation, ambition, and initiative, you manage to create and maintain good relationships.
You communicate effectively during your regular client visits and are able to explain detailed technical information in a clear and concise way.
Your proven ability to manage projects, work accurately, and adhere to deadlines is appreciated by clients and colleagues.
A sound level of intrinsic motivation, strong problem-solving, and proactive attitude are complemented by your open-minded and self-starting personality.
We expect you to be fluent in German and English, with French or Italian being a valuable asset.
You enjoy the flexibility of working from home and preferably live in the assigned territory.
