STORE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Development:
1. Craft a fashion-forward team through strategic staff planning and time management.
2. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for a stylish in-store team.
3. Set operational goals aligned with the essence of luxury fashion.
4. Provide regular feedback and conduct team development activities, fostering a culture of elegance and excellence.
Store Administration and Operation:
1. Elevate the shopping experience with meticulous in-store budgeting and finance management.
2. Coordinate administrative topics with a global perspective, ensuring seamless operations.
3. Provide insightful reports and highlight KPIs, aligning with the fashion industry's dynamic standards.
4. Liaise with HR for onboarding, feedback, and maintain impeccable store standards.
5. Uphold and implement Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring a fashion-forward atmosphere.
6. Safeguard inventory management standards and adapt to operational needs.
Customer Engagement:
1. Embrace the role of a fashion brand ambassador, cultivating B2C relationships.
2. Enhance customer satisfaction, delivering impeccable client service.
3. Navigate contentious situations with grace, coordinating both sales and aftersales processes.
4. Cultivate and update the client database, developing strong business relationships with local partners.
PROFILE
The ideal profile should have:
1. High school degree or equivalent; university degree in a business-related field.
2. At least 5 years in fashion retail management, with a keen understanding of the luxury sector.
3. Fluent in French and English.
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
