We are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager ad-interim (m/f/d) (until end of 2025) for our Bruker BioSpin offices either in Ettlingen/DE or Fällanden/CH (hybrid).
Responsibilities
1. Run and further develop the global compliance program for the BioSpin Group.
2. Support the roll-out / update of global compliance policies (including proper roll-out of policies).
3. Support the operation of the Compliance Navigator tool for the group and operate the electronic compliance approval process.
4. Oversee template preparation (e.g. speaker agreements / consent letters) and contract reviews from a compliance perspective.
5. For global compliance trainings, support training roll-out and own training completion for BBIO.
6. For non-global compliance trainings (such as BBIO sales meeting trainings), own that training (including preparation of training materials, presentation of trainings, maintenance of training schedules).
7. Advise on day-to-day compliance related questions.
8. Oversee / lead / support compliance investigations, including BBIO related complaints obtained through the hotline, and ensure final reports are uploaded to EthicsPoint.
9. Contribute to and distribute hotline awareness materials.
10. Set up and participate in compliance committee meetings.
11. Own group-specific compliance communications (including newsletters, regular presentations at all employee meetings, reporting to senior management).
12. Carry out compliance risk assessment and define risk mitigation measures.
13. Design / implement measures to monitor effective implementation of compliance policies.
14. Participate in compliance due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and set up and implement compliance integration plans for newly acquired companies.
15. Lead alignment with and provision of information to the German works councils.
Qualifications
1. University degree or local equivalent (e.g. Fachhochschule) in Law, Business Studies or related fields.
2. Relevant certificates in Compliance Management, CIA, CPA, CISA or similar.
3. At least 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role at an industrial international company, preferably in the MedTech or healthcare industry.
4. Fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus.
5. Very good understanding of MS office applications.
6. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
7. Sound negotiation skills.
