Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company objectives.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
* Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics that measure progress towards company objectives.
* Define the overall product portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment.
Product Development:
* Lead the product development process, from concept through to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
* Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to drive product innovation and growth.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with customer needs.
* Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, building trust and confidence.
* Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Go-to-Market & Launch:
* Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies that resonate with customers.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and sales enablement tools that drive results.
* Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and making iterative improvements to optimize results.
* Strategize and implement initiatives to grow the customer base, driving long-term revenue growth.
Customer Focus & Support:
* Engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and usage patterns, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements.
* Provide product support and training to internal teams and customers as needed, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
* Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* University degree or MBA, preferably in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Marketing, Product Management, and/or Segment.
* Fluent in French, English, or German, both spoken and written, at least 2 out of those 3 languages.
* Practical, detail-oriented, while maintaining a strategic perspective, organized and independent, with a high level of commitment, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
