Associate Director | Data Centre | High-Tech Manufacturing
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our team in delivering high-tech manufacturing solutions for data centres across the UK and Europe.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and consultancy to clients on physical security system design and delivery for large industrial sites.
* Lead technical responses for bid submissions, collaborating with Hyperscale, Construction, Bid Management, and operational teams.
* Manage client SME security technical reviews and work with Design, Construction, Solutions Engineering, and Development teams to integrate and execute client security design requirements.
* Own bid pricing and cost analysis for client security packages, manage design, installation, and integration of security systems, and support quality control of handovers from construction stage to operations and client.
* Lead client security project closeout and completion of related project delivery checklists.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related engineering and project management discipline.
* Significant experience managing security fit-out projects at a hyperscale data centre provider.
* Deep understanding of design and physical security standards.
* Strong knowledge of the construction and project delivery process, working with construction, general contractors, H&S, consultants, and design teams for hyperscale data centre users.
* Able to determine electrical, mechanical, security, and communications-related data centre scope requirements, solutions, and construction requirements.
* Prioritize workload and attention in a rapidly changing environment.
