Financial Operations Specialist
We are looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to join our multicultural and dynamic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the diligent management of assigned programs, including client servicing, service delivery, exceptions processing, program monitoring, and risk reporting.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Perform daily tasks within assigned programs
* Monitor program processes
* Train stakeholders on GSCF's services and systems
* Evaluate and issue change requests, reviewing them with clients
* Ensure agreements are implemented and monitored
* Update program-relevant manuals and procedures regularly
* Report and escalate risks, exceptions, incidents, and opportunities to superiors in a timely manner
* User acceptance testing of new features before release to production
* Maintain professional relationships with business partners
* Participate in potential projects
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or relevant field
* Experience in Operations roles, preferably in supply chain finance, trade finance, or banking
* Fluent English skills (written and oral); additional languages are an advantage
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
* Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, as well as product development understanding
* High accuracy and efficiency under set deadlines in a dynamic work environment
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to resolve issues effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
* Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive process improvements
