Your Strengths
1. Diploma in the insurance industry (dipl. Finanzberater IAF or Finanzplaner eidg. FA) is advantageous
2. Leadership and high motivation to lead consultants to success while also setting a good example in sales
3. Enthusiastic and convincing personality with well-developed sales and social skills
4. High level of performance willingness with goal-oriented and well-organized working style
5. Communication skills paired with negotiation skills and high customer orientation
