Responsibilities:
* Document Coordination: Prepare and manage service-related documents, including timesheets, expense reports, travel coordination, service reports, cost summaries, and invoicing.
* Administrative Support: Assist the engineering and sales teams with field activities and general office tasks.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in ERP systems, travel coordination, documentation management, invoicing, and reporting processes.
* Customer and Team Communication: Act as the primary contact for field service engineers, customers, and other departments on administrative matters. Effectively communicate across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Requirements:
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with marine 2-stroke engines and related technical environments.
* ERP and Office Software: Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and Field Service Management (FSM) tools.
* Finance/Bookkeeping Skills: Basic knowledge of finance and expense tracking.
* Process Improvement: Experience in process development, optimization, or continuous improvement.
* Cross-Cultural Competence: Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (administration, engineering management, or related technical discipline).
Languages:
* English: Fluent
* Other Languages: An advantage
Travel:
* Coordination of travel logistics may be required.
