About the Role:
This position supports the audit across Switzerland by extracting and transforming data for further analytics to build trust and ensure clarity and transparency in digital audits.
The Senior DID Consultant will be responsible for:
* Resolving data-related issues and challenges through strategic projects supporting the Audit practice and developing core business tools and processes.
* Collaborating with data analysts and financial auditors to support and test key deliverables, promoting audit quality and objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will:
* Support the development and delivery of data models, prep routines, analytics, and initiatives to enhance the digital strategy of Assurance teams.
* Lead, coach, and coordinate junior resources located in India.
* Work with robust tools and infrastructure to sanitize, store, and manipulate data according to leading standards for security and privacy.
* Apply problem-solving skills to overcome technical and operational issues, communicating effectively with Assurance teams and clients across Switzerland.
* Perform business validation and QA testing of audit analytics platform content.
* Ensure all work is aligned with the organization's quality standards.

Requirements:
* A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
* Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Bash scripting.
* Hands-on experience with CloverDx Designer and Microsoft Azure Databricks.
* Deep knowledge of the SAP data model, particularly in the FI and MM modules.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, purchase-to-pay, and order-to-cash processes.
* A proven ability to work independently, manage pressure effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in German, French, and English.
