YOUR CHALLENGE Business Administration and Support
Global processing of commission expenses and commission income for external asset managers / finders and funds
Global administrative handling of the Finder Business for Bank Julius Baer in adherence to the regulatory guidelines
Global determination of periodic accruals for different commission type (e.g. retrocessions, trailer fees, management fees etc.)
Active involvement in the overall billing process of accounts receivable
Responsible of the open item management
Reconciliation of transitory accounts on a monthly basis
Monthly reconciliation of the financial data delivered from Global MIS
Verification and booking of trailer fees according to third party agreements
Global consultation and business support
Maintain accurate, up-to-date master data
Close collaboration with global stakeholders including your team members, business managers, Legal & Compliance, IT, external software provider, provider management and the Financial Accounting & Projects team
Ad hoc analyses and reports
Projects
Provide project support for new service and product implementation
Support project management in the global technical development and digitalization of processes in the area of accounts receivable
Coordinate with IT and relevant stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and defects into releases and define release schedules
Manage and coordinate schedules for testing of releases and ensure the tracking on a regular basis
Support in gathering and documentation of the business requirements including putting forward recommendations for solutions
YOUR PROFILE Completed commercial apprenticeship. A further education within the Finance field (e.g. Sachbearbeiter/in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen) is of advantage
3+ years of experience in the financial industry
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Good understanding of finance related IT applications and MS Office products
Solid experience with SAP R/3 and/or S/4 HANA advantageous
Precise, structured and reliable way of working
Flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality
Highly motivated with a “can do” attitude, ready to take on new tasks
Strong communication skills in German and fluency in English (both verbal and written)
