About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills in German and English to join our team as Customer Service, Tech Support and Sales Representatives in Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers via phone, chat and email
* Track and follow cases to ensure efficient and timely closure
* Maintain high customer satisfaction representing a major brand
* Develop strong professional relationships with partners and exhibit empathy at all times
* Work towards reaching targets set by client statement of work and internal targets
Requirements:
* Fluency in German
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
* Computer knowledge/tech savviness
* Resourceful and able to multitask
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
