About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in cloud technologies and sales to join our dynamic team. This role involves strategic outreach to enterprise clients, startups, and SMEs, fostering relationships with key decision-makers, and working closely with channel partners to drive sales and increase market penetration.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure that the company's India revenue goals are met or exceeded on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in line with the business plan.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively sell Civo’s cloud solutions to enterprise customers, startups, and SMEs in India.
3. Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across different business sizes and industries.
4. Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to extend reach and drive sales through alternative networks.
5. Understand customer needs and trends to tailor solutions that enhance their cloud capabilities and operational efficiency.
6. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiations and contract signings.
7. Travel to client sites and participate in major industry events and conferences across India to network and promote Civo's solutions.
Key Results/Objectives
1. Indian revenue goals are met or exceeded on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in line with the business plan.
2. Successfully onboard at least one new channel partner or reseller each quarter to expand Civo’s market presence in India.
3. Increase Civo’s market share by securing partnerships with 10 key enterprise clients, startups, or SMEs within the first six months.
Requirements
1. Must be based in India.
2. 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a significant focus on cloud technologies and solutions.
3. Proven track record of selling to large enterprises, startups, and SMEs, navigating complex sales cycles.
4. Experience working with channel partners and resellers, with a good understanding of the reseller environment.
5. Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and the broader cloud services landscape.
6. A self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Frequent travel for client meetings, events, and conferences as part of the role.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A technical background in cloud computing is highly desirable.
