After a promotion within the Group, we are now looking for our new Treasury Integration Project Lead. Be part of an exciting experience within our Richemont International SA Financial team based in Fribourg. As part of our European Payment Factory managing payments for more than 100 Richemont entities, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our treasury processes, while managing and defining optimized payments and receipts flows.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Reporting to the Head of Treasury, this role will be responsible for the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
OPERATIONAL TREASURY
1. Manage payment runs and exceptional payments.
2. Coordinate the month-end closing, preparing and analysing Trial balance schedules, and performing ad-hoc analysis.
3. Participate in the monitoring of bank relationships.
4. Ensure control over the mass payments release, in coordination with the Head of Treasury.
5. Support the financial closing process.
6. Forecast cash flow and manage financial needs (Inter co loans and facilities).
7. Support in cash management.
PROJECT LEAD
1. Gather, validate, and document RISA FIN treasury team’s operational requirements.
2. Together with your business stakeholders, model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
3. Estimate implementation costs and evaluate business benefits.
4. Support business transition and help to establish change (train and guide end users).
5. Promote the treasury tools across our entities with presentation and training to all departments involved.
6. Organize and participate in meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Participate and coordinate improvements initiatives and specific projects in the RISA FIN treasury department.
8. Assist line management in prioritizing projects.
9. Prepare project progress reports with project managers; comment and communicate consolidated results to management.
10. Maintain a risk and issue register, following up on related action plans.
TOOLS
1. Build and present management dashboard using Business Intelligence tools.
2. Organize dedicated training on treasury tools.
3. Identify, propose and coordinate roll-out of targeted tools for each process.
4. Assist with process automation via BI, SQL, ACL or other solutions.

2. University degree in corporate finance or equivalent.
3. Experience with SAP or another ERP.

5. Work experience with data visualization such as PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud and/or Looker.
6. Experience in project management.
7. Fluent in French and English.
