A fast-growing company in the financial services sector is looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join their expanding commercial team. Specializing in cutting-edge solutions related to debt recovery, invoicing, and credit risk assessment, this company is on a mission to modernize and simplify financial processes for businesses across Switzerland.
🧭 Your Role:
As a Sales Executive, your mission will be to actively grow the client base, strengthen existing relationships, and drive the business forward. You will be responsible for:
* Leading B2B client acquisition across your assigned region
* Representing the brand at professional events and networking opportunities
* Contributing to the commercial strategy and optimizing sales processes
* Managing and nurturing long-term client relationships
* Acting as a key player in shaping the company's market presence
🌍 Territory & Travel:
This position is based in Lausanne, with regular travel expected across both French- and German-speaking regions of Switzerland.
🧩 Who You Are:
* You have a solid foundation in financial services
* You bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar B2B sales role
* Experience in debt recovery or invoicing software is a strong plus
* You are either native French or German speaker with excellent command of the other language
* English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
* You are tech-savvy, client-focused, and love turning leads into loyal customers
* You’re a natural connector – sociable, persuasive, and proactive
