Responsibilities
* Support and processing of assigned complaints
* Implementation and coordination of QVP / APQP tasks for R+D projects
* Support in the creation of DFMEA and PFMEA
* Visualization of deviations caused
* Implementation of training courses on Q-relevant topics
* Conducting audits at H+S locations and at suppliers abroad
* Coordination and participation in improvement projects
Your Profile
* Technical background (bachelor or equivalent) and a very good understanding of complex products / systems
* At least 5 years of experience, with 2 years in a quality function
* Experience in dealing with customers and/or suppliers
* Good knowledge of German and English
* Self-driven and committed to taking ownership
* Structured with a systematic approach to resolving challenges
* Solution-focused with knowledge of problem-solving methods
* Self-organized and resilient
* Open to international travel (up to 10% p.a.)
