Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Manager Biomaterials Orthopaedics to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer development plans, providing clinical and commercial support for product portfolios, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and project management teams.
About the Role
* Develop in-depth understanding of customer needs and objectives to develop tailored solutions.
* Conduct research to identify new market opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
* Develop and implement growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
* Strengthen current Biomaterials portfolio through partnership agreements.
* Pitch assigned product lines to stakeholders in the buying cycle.
* SUPPORT sales team and customers during new product introductions.
* Collaborate across business units to drive execution and deliver on objectives.
* Manage assigned product portfolios and be accountable for achievement of business goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Ability to rapidly gain trust and collaborate with people effectively.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrate good leadership and project management skills as well as a sense of entrepreneurship.
* Fluent in German and English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is a plus.
* Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland.
* Masters Degree or Equivalent and minimum 5 years of health care sales and marketing experience.
