Implement the introduction of new products and/or updating existing products who need to be changed, ensuring that all development activities are according to the Innovation Product Development (IPE) guidelines.
MAIN TASKS Ensures the process of developing new products and their implementation in production areas, participating and leading meetings to discuss/identify process, technical and product improvement needs.
Participates in new product launch according to process "IPE activities in the plant".
Represents the production site in development projects (IPE and PIM - Product Improvement Management), being the local plant contact person for product launch and product changes.
Ensures stable production processes by finding compromises in design to cost, manufacturability and assembly.
Responsible for the continuous preparation of master data and product documentation, as for the data maintenance.
Manages the information and data required in the subsequent stages of implementation of the new model, like material specifications, including packaging, technical indicators and production costs.
Manages the project team in the plant, ensuring and coordinating the first series production.
Monitoring and optimizing the HKVK (manufacturing and processing costs), throughout regular value analysis of products, as also elaborating suggestions for HKVK improvement.
Supports the development of existing products to be changed, implementing the updates as also the product documentation, preparing suggestions for product phase-out.
Creates and keeps statistics for the analysis and control of current production and implements new solutions improving production results.
