Within the Technologies & Operations department, the Finance Core Banking development team is composed of around fifteen people organized according to agile principles, responsible for strategic projects and evolutive maintenance for Finance and Accounting components.
YOUR ROLE
* Establish effective communication between the client/end users and the development team, helping them to communicate together directly when requirements are clear enough.
* Design clear and comprehensive functional specifications, including user journey, process models, and data flow diagrams.
* Manipulate data, extract insights, and use it to inform decision-making and support the development of project requirements.
* Ensure the quality and integrity of project requirements and deliverables.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the project or the product.
* Describe and perform end-to-end testing scenarios and their execution at a transversal (multi-products) level.
* Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within the organization.
* Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across the project.
* Prepare and present project status including progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Manage project arbitrations and escalate to appropriate stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
* Master's degree in business management, computer engineering, information systems, or a relevant field.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams or in a significant transformation project.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
* A previous experience in Finance and Accounting will be highly considered.
* Good command of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365).
* Strong critical thinking to analyze, challenge, and translate the client’s requirements distinctly.
* Ability to interpret problems and find alternative business and technical approaches.
* Good understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and processes to align activities with the overall project plan, schedule, and deliverables.
* Ability to present project findings and outcomes in front of stakeholders.
* Ability in process modeling and analysis capabilities to map and assess business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization in French and English.
* Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
* Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
