Tasks
Active acquisition of international patients by processing incoming requests, pre-qualification of potential leads, preparation of quotations and CRM management.
Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase patient volume.
Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and partnerships.
Working closely with internal medical teams to plan patient admissions.
Analysing new markets and competition to identify new business opportunities.
Continuous updating and monitoring of the offering process in CRM.
Support in the development of sales documents.
Requirements
Basic business training (KV EFZ), Sales Manager (Eid. Dipl.) or comparable qualification, professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
Sound experience in sales and customer management in an international context.
Very good knowledge of a CRM system and MS Office programmes.
Highly structured and organised way of working.
Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi and any other language is a plus.
Strong communication and teamworking skills in an international environment.
Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and a high level of commitment.
