As a Senior UX Designer, you'll be the bridge between customer needs, design thinking, and technical excellence. You'll excel in this role if you possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, and a passion for delivering user-centric solutions.
You'll work as part of a talented team consisting of 3 to 6 cross-functional members (product, engineering, data scientists) and collaborate closely with product leaders and stakeholders across the organization (marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership).
Key Responsibilities
* Develop UX strategy aligned with business objectives
* Translate complex business challenges into scalable UX solutions that enhance customer experience and drive adoption
* Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
* Design user flows, sitemaps, and clear information architectures
* Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
* Work closely with sales and customer success teams to understand pain points and refine the product experience
* Lead design workshops and mentor junior designers
Requirements
* 5+ years of professional UX design, user research, and usability testing experience
* Proven experience in defining and executing UX strategy that aligns with business goals
* Proficiency in prototyping and wireframing tools (we use Figma)
* Strong visual and interaction design skills
* Ability to create clear information architecture and user flows
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication
* Data-driven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to collaborate with engineers and understand technical constraints
* Commitment to accessibility and inclusive design
* Experience leading design initiatives and mentoring designers
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with the ability to present to stakeholders clearly and concisely
