This is a key leadership role responsible for implementing IFRS accounting standards, optimising financial operations, and driving automation through NetSuite ERP. The role also includes overseeing external accounting teams managing our subsidiaries in the United States, Singapore, and Spain, ensuring consistency and compliance across all entities.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical accounting background, deep knowledge of Oracle Netsuite, a strategic mindset to build a world-class finance function, and possibly some years of experience within the SaaS industry.

What you’ll be doing: Accounting & Compliance
Develop, implement, and maintain IFRS-compliant accounting policies and procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
Lead external audits and manage relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies.
Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax and implement transfer pricing.
Supervise external accounting firms handling accounting for our subsidiaries in the United States, Singapore, and Spain, ensuring alignment with group policies and IFRS standards.
ERP & Process Optimisation
Lead the implementation and optimisation of NetSuite ERP, ensuring seamless integration with financial processes.
Identify and drive automation opportunities to improve financial reporting, reconciliations, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with FP&A, RevOps, and IT to enhance financial systems and reporting capabilities.
Leadership & Strategy
Build and develop a high-performing accounting team.
Partner with the VP Finance and executive team on financial strategy, risk management, and business scaling.
Ensure seamless coordination between internal and external accounting teams across multiple jurisdictions.
About you: 10+ years of experience in accounting, with a mix of Big 4 and in-house SaaS/technology experience preferred.
Expertise in IFRS and strong knowledge of Swiss accounting regulations.
Strong ERP implementation experience, preferably with NetSuite.
Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and scaling accounting teams.
SaaS industry experience, including understanding of ARR, revenue recognition, and subscription-based financial models.
Experience managing external accounting firms in multiple jurisdictions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
CPA, ACCA, or Swiss equivalent is a plus.
