* You will be responsible for ensuring the success of our planning & procurement product by understanding users’ needs, driving process optimization, and implementing innovative solutions in close collaboration with Business and Richemont Group stakeholders.

Collect and analyse user feedback and expectations
* You will be the voice of the customer, gathering insights from various sources to understand their needs and expectations.
* You will evaluate the potential impact of different technical options and solutions, ensuring that we prioritize initiatives that deliver the most value.
Contribute to process optimization
* You will identify areas for improvement in our product development and delivery processes, proposing solutions to simplify and streamline workflows.
Implement solutions
* You will be responsible for implementing solutions, either by directly executing tasks or managing the implementation process.
Train and empower business autonomy / ownership
* You will train and work with key-users to enhance user adoption, autonomy and ownership.
Requirements
You are motivated by:

You have:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Digital Transformation
* Good understanding of planning concepts & processes, of Logistic execution processes, and mastering of procurement processes
* A significant 5 years’ experience in a digital transformation team in a Manufacturing context
* An experience on business side (in a planning or procurement context) would be a plus
* A good command of French & English
SAP Business Network would be a plus
