As Financial Controller, you: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for Swiss entities in compliance with the Swiss Code of Obligations and IFRS standards.
Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful recording, reporting, and analysis of financial data.
Prepare statutory financial statements in alignment with local GAAP requirements.
Assist with the preparation of annual tax returns and manage quarterly VAT filings.
Serve as a financial advisor to other departments, offering expertise on financial matters.
Manage vendor invoice processing efficiently.
Oversee cash collection processes and ensure accurate milestone-based invoicing.
Develop monthly cash forecasts and handle cash and tax reporting.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary support and documentation.
Address ad hoc financial requests and contribute to strategic business case development.
As Financial Controller, you: Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting; controlling experience is a plus.
Expertise: Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation processes.
Knowledge: Familiarity with the Swiss Code of Obligations, IFRS, taxation, and other regulatory frameworks.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
Languages: Fluency in English and French; German is a significant advantage.
