As a Chantecaille Consultant, you will be our House Ambassador. Ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalised skincare luxury service, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our discerning clients, creating carefully curated experiences and perfect etiquette.

How you will create a beautiful impact:
RETAIL:
* Achieve and exceed the sales objectives.
* Guarantee meaningful business relationships across the store, key for our brand awareness and brand image.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, clean as you go.
* Assist in stock management.
CLIENT:
* Deliver the highest level of service to ensure every customer is provided with an excellent experience at the counter.
* Create a deep connection with the client to understand their needs, build trust and long-lasting relationships.
* Pro-actively introduce and recommend relevant products, ensuring a personalised 1:1 service at all times.
EVENTS:
* Execute events according to the guidelines as directed by the Counter manager/Account executive/Head Office.
* Strive to achieve and exceed targets set for the event.
SERVICE:
* Be knowledgeable on all products, ensuring the brand messages are always conveyed in a relevant way to the client.
* Ensure exceptional service through encouraging the application of products.
ADMIN:
* Undertake specific tasks as given by the Manager including administrating paperwork and services.
* Be punctual and manage time at work effectively.
* Keep informed about products, company information, and store information.
* Adhere to proper security procedures regarding handling cash and assets.
* Follow company procedure for requesting annual leave and absence.
What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:
* Strong retail experience – Entrepreneurial and service mindset.
* Real passion for beauty / skincare / Make up.
* Make up qualification – makeup artist.
* Strong business acumen to drive sales and go beyond business objectives.
* Entrepreneurial, audacious, and dynamic.
* Ability to connect and engage with our client, transforming that connection into a personal relationship with the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and client-centric customer service.
* Ability to build relationships throughout the store to find new opportunities.
* Ability to be a great team player as part of a high-impact team, driven by diverse thoughts and opinions.
* Speaks German & English (mandatory), any other language is a plus.
