Job Description:
The candidate will have to support routine business operations, initiatives, and KPI reporting within Program Management. He/she exhibits excellent judgment, adhering to defined policies and procedures, and discerning which issues require escalation to management and which can be resolved independently. This highly motivated and competent individual consistently delivers and executes tasks while driving continuous improvements.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Support PM Group in Data Analysis, Data Reporting, Forecast Accuracy, OTIF management, Revenue Monitoring and Systems support.
* Responsible for producing up-to-date, accurate and relevant data analysis in a timely manner, to support management in critical business decisions.
* Proactively identifies areas for continuous improvement through workflow analysis and supports adherence to standard work in PM.
* Checks the forecast data in IBP and related BW reports. Reach out to the responsible PMs to update any missing info to ensure data accuracy in the live system (IBP).
* Checks (with PM support) the Deferred Revenue and Sales Recognition reports from Finance and confirms the deferred revenue that needs to be recognized for the month. Confirms the invoices and the Actuals for the month.
* Analyzes Revenue changes and clarifies root causes with responsible PM.
* Supports broader KPI report generation with clear and concise analysis to be presented to management.
* Support communication and awareness in the PM team regarding forecast accuracy and monitors Risks and Issues. Develops improved tools to drive transparency and support escalation processes to resolve Risks and Issues.
* SAP related tasks: Raise invoices, helps setting up new customers and helps to resolve SAP issues with other team members. SAP training will be provided as needed.
* Executes other tasks after agreement with the manager as required by business.
* Act as support for Program Management team members.
* Manages own workload and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines and to respond quickly to ad hoc requests for data.
* Promptly reports identified Safety and Sustainability issues, problems, deficiencies, errors, incidents, and/or opportunities to management and correct where possible.
* Adheres to all defined Safety and Sustainability requirements and expectations and seeks clarification whenever Safety and Sustainability requirements and expectations are either unknown or unclear.
Must Have
* 3+ years of experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical, biotechnology or similar technical field.
* Preferred field of study is accounting/IT/business.
* Bachelor’s degree is required.
